4. How does Fowler Westrup protect the privacy of Children Information?
We do not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from children under the age of 18 and use of the platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If users are under the age of 18 years’ then user must use the platform, application or services under the supervision of users parents, legal guardian, or any responsible adult.

You he re by agree to use the information including Personal Information exclusively for commercial purposes as per Services Agreement. Your use of Information should not be for illegal purposes or purposes not acceptable by the laws of the land. Your use of the information shall be restricted to Your products and services and not of Your competitors. You will not divulge the rights to any third party without Fowler Westrup written consent. Fowler Westrup hereby clarifies that it’s not the owner nor the provider of any Personal Information, Fowler Westrup is only a possessor of Personal Information available on this Platform. Fowler Westrup takes no liability for any claims either directly or indirectly made by users and/or third parties for the use of the information including Personal Information by You vide this agreement.
