- The candidate should have a qualification of DME /DEE.
- Should have an experience of 3-4 years in the field of service.
- Experience in erection and commission of machines will be an added advantage.

Skills Required
Experience in sourcing /Developing Pressed parts,Fabrication items and machined Components.
Exposure to Spot Welding and CNC Bending will be an added advantage.
Must have Knowledge to work in AutoCad(2D) and understand 3D Models
In-depth Knowledge in Material Specifications and Standards ,production processes, quality control, costs, .
Direct and coordinate activities with personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
Should be able to communicate with collabarators and handle procurement activities of Imported parts.
Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and datas in ERP environment(preferrabily in SAP).
Preparation of Costing sheets and Estimations
Prepare reports regarding market conditions,supplier performance and Cost of Quality.
Skills preferred
Represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers
Knowledge in Agri processing Machines or general conventional machines
Knowlede in developing Sheet metal components and different types of Welding
Monitoring and controlling supply chain and overseeing the spending of money.
Experience in developing suppliers for specific requirements
Work Involved
Active participation in developing components and localisation of parts
Identifying suppliers and developing them for specific requirements
Identification of Import substitute parts and materials.
Monitoring and guiding supplier to stick the defined process and ensure quality output in specified time.
Planning to handle contigencies.

Knowledge about Quality system Basics

NTTF of GTTC with min 5.0 to 7years Experience in in Developing Tools and Fixtures.
Skills Required
Experience in Developing Press Tools,Jigs and Fixtures
Exposure to Spot Welding and CNC Bending will be an added advantage.
Must have Knowledge to work in AutoCad(2D) and understand 3D Models
In-depth Knowledge in preparing Process drawings
Should be able to communicate with suppliers and do followup activities
Involve in day-to-day New product development activities.

Scheduling activities, to complete work as per TimePlan
Knowledge in Agri processing Machines or general conventional machines
Updating of Developments- technically from supplier end
Inspecting equipment, structures, at supplier end to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
Talking with suppliers to convey process information (Tooling related)effectively
Work Involved
Active participation in developing Jigs ,Assembly fixtures
Monitoring development activities of the above
Involve in Machine Assembly (Trials) and write Working procedures for assembly methods.
Involve in development of prototype parts and Sub assemblies.
Recording and Documentaion of development history (Toolings only)
General Requirements
Must handle all measuring Instuments
Updating Shopfloor information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates, in written form( e-mail).
Knowledge about Quality system Basics
Able to understand what people are saying, about process & Assembly requirements and record it for future refference.
Must be Team Player and flair to learn and take challenges.
